Everybody know that practising sport can help us in factors related with our health, mental condition and our frame of mind. But there are times when we can not do it and it is important follow this advices for do not affect our health. This happens when we are very tired, hungry or thirsty.
Remember that it is too important enjoy the exercise. These advices should be considered as a suggestions, not as a rules. And to get a healthy life we only need practising some sport that we really like and know when to do it and when stop it.
